Rasa terbeban untuk canitk..terpaksa berbelanja banyak untuk beli koligen yang mahal belum sampai 1 bulan da habiss...kena jimat2 pulak....

so bila kawan saya offer collagen mampu milik ni...terus sambar lah..brand yg sama ..kualiti yg sama..cuma yg ni ditimbang terus ..belum  re-packed dan diletak brand ..kira mcm borong la gitu.

500g 400g lebih gitu ...bekas tupperware ni mampu menampung 1kg ...kolagen ni dipack dlm plastik biasa..asalnya dlm 1kg ..(supplier salah timbang ..800g jer )tapi dipecah2kan  400g..so leh stok tahan dlm 4 bulan  lebih kurang..utk sekali amik sehari..satu sudu besar

satu sudu besar sehari..diambil ketika perut kosong /sebelum sarapan atau masa nak tido
kadang2 saya perah lemon tambah lagik ...

saya jugak letak kolagen ni dlm moisturizer saya..campur sket ja dlm bekas tu...pastu nnt dia sebati sendiri dalam tu ...

kalau kawan2 berminat nak cuba ....saya boleh pack dlm bekas gini..dlm 
150g atau 200g bergantung kpd bajet anda ..

100g - utk tahan sebulan amik ler satu sudu atau 2 sudu teh (3g sehari)
150g - boleh amik 5g sehari (satu sudu besar)
200g -5g sehari utk sebulan lebih
250g -5g-10g sehari

hendaklah berterusan mengamalkannya at least 2 bulan utk mendapat kesan kolagen dan menten berterusan..kerana jika stop simptom2 penuaan akan kembali ..yer la setiap tahun 1.5% kolagen hilang kan..
